The physical ones mentioned already are pretty good. It can be kind of hard to tell (especially if you're drunk) but one I have often seen is "you're funny" but said slowly with emphasis. Quite noticeably slower, like "you'reee funnny." It's not so much what they say however, but rather the tonal emphasis. It is in this way it's not confused with sarcasm like, "oh, you're funny, ha" and serves as a genuine compliment.

Normally that phrase wouldn't seem like a big deal, but I have heard it said in that way enough times to be more than coincidence.

K, and then what do you do? Follow up with more jokes to make her laugh? Do you ever get a relationship from girls who say this? (as in sex, date, kiss, etc.)
