There are many ways you can tell if a girl is interested in you, both verbally and physically.

Physically:
- She pushes her boobs on you when you talk, or displays them more prominently.
- She makes physical contact with you when you're talking (ex. rubs your arm).
- Body language: When she is standing and talking to you, she's not leaning away from you. Last night at a bar, I made eye contact with this cute blonde 5 or 6 times as she's talking to this guy. He's leaning in to talk to her and she's standing on her back leg leaning outwards. I immediately could tell she wanted out of the conversation, just by assessing his stance vs. her stance. She maneuvered away from him and towards me and the rest is history.
- Eye contact. If she's looking at your eyes and say, not at that other guy standing in the bar, you're good.
- This is my personal favorite because it's so fucking hot. When you say something and she just looks at you and bites her lower lip.

Those are some physical forms of flirting. There are more, but if you notice those happening (especially biting the lower lip), you're good.

As for verbal:

-Yes, girls tend to laugh more at guys' jokes when they're flirting.
- She'll ask you questions about yourself (which mean, in turn, you have to find some way of boomeranging her question into making it about her...that's why flirting is tough).

That's pretty much it for verbal. If she laughs at your jokes and wants to keep talking to you...you're good.

In Neil Strauss's The Game he mentions things called IOIs or Indicators of Interest, basically, all I've mentioned before are IOIs. One verbal IOI is to start talking to a girl at a bar or wherever and not introduce yourself. If you introduces herself to you and asks your name, that's a damn good IOI.

Another physical IOI is when the girl is talking to you and she rubs her neck. As Thor has said, the neck is an erogenous zone. If she's rubbing her neck, she likes you.
