It really depends on the maturity level of each person.
My friend is 16 and dating a 21 year old, and they are so perfect together.
It really doesnt matter age,
but yes, until you are 16 and reach the 'age of consent' it is illigal.

A couple of years ago I may have thought so.

But you realise it's not. My best mate when she was 16 she went out with a 21 year old. Only reason I didn't like it cause he's a dumbfuck Chav with no job, and still is.

My sister started going out with her boyfriend just after she turned 16, he was 22, well it's a year on now and they're still together.

Really.. it doesn't matter too much.
