Ok. I met this girl today.
She was at the english class standing beside one of her friends.
She asked me if I am South African.
I said yes, I am.
I asked her if She is from here.
She said,"no, I am from England."
I needed to go and told the guy who know her to hook me up with her and tell him that I want to hook up as friends with her.

She had the most beautiful blue eyes.
By the way, after school, I saw her at my busstop.
I recognized her and said hi, she said hi too, and I asked her what her last subject was, she told me it was classics,
I said I had music last.
I hugged her, when I saw her and she hesitated to put her arms around me, so she tapped me on the shoulder to demonstrate a hug.
There was a small guy crying and she went to go over to hear whats wrong and I went into the bus.
She came in and when She camed in she did not even noticed me sitting in front or try to sit the seat next to me.

What should I do to get her attracted to me?

Be her friend, if you want to rush into a relationship really quick then you might find someone else. But from what you said she seems like the type who you should go slow on, just take your time and enjoy it!

Next - "bump" into her often and start-up small convos, build them up, ask her to hang out (don't call it a date)

AHAHAH you can't be serious man. I applaud your efforts, but if that's all that went into the conversation, of course she would be reluctant to hug you. You have to get a woman attracted to you first.

Next time you see her, go up and strike up a conversation:
"Hey, what's up?"
"Hey (blah blah) How are you?"
"I'm good, I only have a minute but I had to come over and say Hi."
"Blah blah"
"So I remember yesterday you were telling me you're from England?"
"Yeah (blah blah) and you're from South Africa right?"
Here is where you tie her into you emotionally, tell a story that relates you both you and her:
"Yeah - I really miss it/Don't remember much about it/Just visited there/etc..."
Then go off into a little story about how you miss the trees, or went to visit you grandparents, or haven't seen it since you were 3.
End it with something like:
"I would love to...visit again/go there someday...It seems like a home to me...etc..etc...do you feel that way about England?"
"(blah blah)"
"That's sounds so cool/nice/wonderful/beautiful/sexy/dangerous..I'd love to hear more about it, do you think I could have your number?"
