Me being the happy pervert that I am, I'd normally suggest that you just go with the flow. Hey it's better than masturbation right? However if I were to be completely serious I'd suggest just staying friends with her; no "benefits" or anything. You two being sexfriends might cause some emotional tension. It's almost impossible to keep a friendly relationship with someone while having sex with them unless you are emotionally desensitized. But hey that's just my opinion. You could always take my first option into consideration.

Well i can't give u an advice because other people will take it the wrong way and call me a slut and im not

but ur in the situation my ex was in i dumped him and about 2 weeks later he still wasn't over me and he txt me saying he wanted to be "friends with benifits" i told him no i had a boyfriend he kept on insisting we be "friends with benefits" because he couldn't get another girl to have sex with and he couldn't get over me because im the only girl he dated that actually gave a shit about him. Now he thinks we can fuck all the time and i feel bad about doing it because i have a boyfriend that i love and if he finds out our relationship would be over. I love talking to my ex but i love my boyfriend *crying* my advice stop fucking ur ex she is using u like my ex is using me to satisfy his needs not mine.
