i really like this guy at my school, he was in my gym class last semester and we had a couple short conversations but i dont have any classes with him anymore and we dont talk anymore. but i really like him a lot. i dont know how to start talking to him and where and when and what to say cuz i havn't talked to him since last semester, and i feel weird cuz what if he jus think i'm completly weird and random for talking to him, i like him a lot and i'm just afraid to talk to him and what to say

Stop pussing out. He won't think you're weird, and will probably be flattered if you told him you like him. Just walk up and say, "Hey, remember me? How's it been? etc..etc.." Drop hints, "I haven't seen you around, missed talking to you, etc..etc.." Then ask him if he wants to hang out somewhere, "movies, mall, this weekend, maybe?"

Well I wouldn't ask him to the mall because then he might dip out thinking that girl+mall =clothes shopping with the girls friends.

But otherwise thats sound advice, dont go out of your way but when you see him just say "hi", that alone will drop a hint for him. Then build up from there. It's not that hard to flatter a young guy.
