OK so talk to her friends. Figure out how she feels.
If you're close friends, that can easily escalate to somthing more (it did for me)
My advice to start with though, is to talk to her close friends and see how she feels. If her friends give you the all clear, well then yur in good water babe.
When your talkin to her in normal conversation, mention how there are no good movies out. Ask her if shes heard of any good ones. Casually ask her if she'd like to go to one of them with ya.

Have a bunch of friends play too so its not weird.
If its somthing you can get, have her friends be darin you to kiss her.
Act all shy and stuff.
Then randomly dare her to kiss you.
See how she responds.
