| ... Two words: Fan Fiction. The fans just want Haji to be alive, so they make that up based on seeing his ribbon there. Are you forgetting how Diva's chevalier were watching over her while she was still asleep in the series, it would make sense that Haji would do the same if he was alive and had managed to get there.
