| Kakashi is nowhere near the best, itachi only used a fraction of his abilities and nearly killed kakashi with sharingan. and kakashi wouldn't have ever made it where he is without obito using his last dieing breath to give him the sharingan of his left eye since kakashi lost his left eye when he got hit by a rock ninja.
