My favorite is Rock Lee

Such blinding power with no jutsu?

Next would be Gaara

And Naruto because he is un-predictable and very powerful (Fuhma Shuriken Rasengan is awesome)

Also, i've read some of the manga and as it turns out Itachi was told by the village to kill his entire family to unlock is Mangekyou Sharingan... atleast thats what OBITO is saying (oh yeah did you know he wasn't dead :O)

Naruto sucks, as an anime and as a character.

Rock Lee is the best though, he has to be the best anime character made in Japan.
Since Toph was USA made, she can hold top anime character of the world.

Wrong. Anime is an artstyle, not a location. It doesn't matter where the anime was made as long as it follows the artstyle.

stricken: Tobi isn't Obitio, he's Uchiha Madara. He's said it, Itachi's said it, Pein has said it. Tobi = Uchiha Madara.

Also: Toph < Uchiha Sasuke

It's commonly thought that he was obito

The mask is used to hide the fact that he has sharingan only in his "right eye" which he gave his left eye to kakashi

REad the anime, he spoke about Uchiha Madara and about how he "watched" him

maybe I mis-read or something xD The mask is orange to through off the colors and the swirly lines make you focus more on the swirls then the hole on the right of the mask

I do read the manga (since you can't read anime), and Tobi is constantly saying he's Madara O.o
