I personally use Watch Anime Online (Anime Akiba) A newer website, with a good community..

So where do you watch?

I use veoh. No time limits and higher quality video (at least for flvs).

I use Youtube and Veoh

sadly Veoh is the best there is atm so i download everything

I used to use Veoh and YouTube, and now for while I've being using Animekiosk.com which is, in my opinion, much better. Dattebayo.com to download Bleach and Naruto->Which is faster then waiting for some other site to upload it...
After all they
do get it from Dattebayo(mostly)<---and an open option for bleach is bleachexile.com where you can watch it online or download directly at a fairly good speed 100MB/s and ^. They also have the manga of the series among dozens of others.
