weight gain ok trying to gain wieght hear but i dont want to be unhealthy. i want to look bigger and more powerful and be able to build my muscle on something. one problem is that when i start to try and gain wieght, it all goes to my stomach/chest. i work out all the time but it doesnt really seem to work no matter what. i do 35 wieght dumbbells almost every day and then i do lots of pull ups, push ups, and i do sprints for a while. but its not fucking working
