Work out your abs. Don't just do sit ups and crunches. Do leg lifts, flutter kicks, oblique crunches, side ups, the works.
Having abs is a hard thing to do, I for one don't think it's worth it. I have a flat enough stomach, but I love beer and I love pasta, and I'd have to give those two up to get a six pack.
I've decided as long as I can drink a six pack, I don't need one on my body. I can out perform people except NCAA athletes and above, so I'm not too worried about my body. |
