Friends drift apart, especially when their personalities are so different. Your friends are introverts and unfortunately, it's extremely uncomfortable for them to be around large groups of unknown people. I know, because that used to be me.

I'm not going to say abandon your old friends, or try to pry them to come with you because both are wrong - and those are the answers you'll probably get from everyone else. Just find balance. Your close friends are close for a reason. These 'new' friends may be fun, but they haven't given you the type of friendship that these other girls have. Hang out or whatever, but try to keep your other friends on the line too. If that doesn't work out, well that's life.
