Well they are kinda tribal style i suppose, its about different clans and stuff but the first book is basically about a kid called torak, who's father gets killed and then he is alone. He finds a wolf cub who's pack has died and then realises he can talk to wolves and becomes wolf's "pack-brother". wolf is so adorable and calls things like fire "bright beast that bites hot" wolf also calls torak either "pack-brother" or "tall tailless" hehe its really sweet. the story basically follows on from there about their lives and weird things that happen to them. they are really good well worth reading =]
