Simple. Just go to 'Rate Me', upload a pic, and other users will rate it between 1-10.

To become a V.I.P. Member, means you have made an impact on these forums in the eyes of an admin. He controls this.
How do I delete my account or change my name?
Both of these are not options to members. Leaving your account idle (just leaving) is probably just as good as deleting. If you really want it gone, then you can PM to to ban it and I will. If you want a name change then you'll have to make a new sn. This of course means a fresh post count, no contact list, a clear PM, and a clear visitor message page.
