The PU community calls these types of questions Shit Tests or Congruency Tests. Basically, a girl tries to break your state (attitude, demeanor, sexual intrigue, etc.) by asking you to answer bullshit questions or do stupid actions like buy her a drink, hold her purse, or answer questions like those above. When you fail a test, sometimes her intial attraction to you will end, because you are no longer a challenge. She's broken you down and will end up keeping you there.
You simply reframe the state of the question to suit your needs, like Odin did so flawlessly with the first.

Basically, this girl is accusing the sexy Odin of messing around the emotions of multiple women, because it's obvious he gets many. Odin simply reframes the question into his state -

To this question, you would do best
ignoring it completely. This is when you set your rules and boundaries. This girl is prying into personal information that is way out of her line of business, and you pretty much say that,
"It's extremely rude to pry into my business like that. Promise me you won't ask it again or I think it may be best if we end this here."
If she bitches, leave, because she's a bitch. However, if she says "Sorry, etc." then put a smile on, laugh it off and say "It's fine, etc." and move on with the conversation.
