Ok, to address a few things I missed at first.
The reason I am asking is because I know that the internet has hundreds of sites for this stuff and they will all say somehting different.
I want to know what has worked for you all so i can see where I should look for further info.
beyond that...
I currently have access to a tredmill, and an obnoxious weight machine.
I WOULD use these things more but my parents pile shit on them.
So i will get to working on moving shit and working with those yes.

My current position is I get about 7-9 hours of sleep, but get no rest, my sleep pattern is poorly rendered and needs reworking, I am on the process of doing that.
Physically, I am not.
period.
My legs are not built but they aint flabby, because I go to a skating rink fairly regularly.
My arms and...everything else...are not built...at all...
I have very VERY small abbs and not bicep muscles at all.
My goal?
I would preferre the ability to beat a 13 year old girl at arm wrestling =P

I want to be well defined and have an average athletic build.
Difficult for me to just have due to my homeschooled life and no father figure who actually wanted to take me out and play catch once in awhile.
So I became naturally lazy from day one.
My mother tells me I didnt even crawl around.
I would just sit there.
I was a lazy ass baby.
anywho, yeah.
