you want a total body workout, most importantly back, chest, legs, abbs. just doing pushups isn't good enough, and smoking weed leaves me a little on the apathetic side. it's hard continue pushing urself to your goals and especially harder with weed in your system(for me). if your looking for better sleep, then i don't have any expert advice but google does. i just started by getting 9 hours of sleep a day and it works for me.
