Fitness and energy??? Ok, my turn to ask a question.
I have been reletivly unsuccessful as far as staying fit and such in the physical department.
I have seen and experianced some different types of workouts and whatnot but then alot of the time my physically run out of energy and end up having some unfortunate physical problems.
So 2 questions.
1. What are the best methods (to your knowledge) for gathering and retaining energy? (methods for getting better sleep, drinks, vitamins, excersizes etc...)
and
2. What are the best workout or excersize methods/scheduals that you have found to be effective?
