You tell him what women are attracted to. It's easy to say "all women are attracted to something different", but is that even real advice? no, that's not what he asked for. I stated things that, for a fact, will attract certain women. There is a truth behind all stereotypes just so you know.

You have to act on it. Ask her if she likes you. Or ask if she wants to hang out sometime, just as friends. Don't get sucked into the belief that she is into you. And warn your friend of what she might be doing.
