i'm not fat and my bmi (if i were built skinny) would be 23.9...i took a more accurate body fat test and got 20% which is really good compared to what i used to be 18 mos. ago.
and to lose weight...you should probably eat 1200 calories or less per day while exercising for an hour 3 times a week
