Just so you know, if you're used to eating a lot, and then you suddenly cut your diet by 80%, your body thinks it's starving, shuts down it's metabolism and RETAINS all the fat it can find. You actually do much worse by stopping eating.

(Example: At breakfast every morning, I have an omelet, a waffle, two bolls of cereal, a bagel and two pieces of assorted fruit. I wash it down with two glasses of juice. If I stopped doing that and skipped breakfast or had two pieces of toast, my body would be pissed).

The key is to not change your diet. You won't stick to it. You need to do something that you can keep up. Just take what you eat and make it healthier. If you want a steak, eat a fucking steak, just have the sirloin instead of the ribeye. Want a beer? Have a beer, just have 4 pints instead of 5. You get the picture.
