I need to lose some weight but I dont know how??! HELP! I want to go from a Australian size 11 to a size 8 (that’s like a US 7 to 4 & UK 9 to 6). I am 5'4, weigh 136 pounds (62kg). My BMI is 21-22. I want to get down to around 50kg. So I have to lose about 12kg. Id still be in the healthy BMI range.
Please don’t say I don’t need to lose weight that I’m healthy... because I know that I’m in the "healthy weight range" but I want to actually get healthy and thinner.
I do exercise everyday. I have a gym bike and I walk. I do an hour brisk walk in the morning and an hour of vigorous exercise on a gym bike.
I’m also changing my eating habits. Making portions smaller, cutting out "bad" foods, eating more fruit & veg etc. Its only early morning but today I’ve had 2 slices raisin toast with light butter and a bit of a banana and water. For lunch I’m going to have an apple and banana and water. Not sure what’s for dinner yet. Most of my meals will be either toast (raisin or wholegrain only) for breakfast and then fruit for lunch. Snacks will probably be banana covered in coconut or an orange etc. I know its important to drink 2L of water everyday so all I’m drinking now is water.
Do you think its possible for me to get to the Aus size 8 (US 4 or UK 6)? How long do you think it would take? What else could I do to lose the weight quickly? |
