the mother must know about the harm, cos they must get told by ther doctor, and obviously dont care about the possible danger cos ther is another more safe alternative [ adoption ] so if they do get harmed then its ther own fault

why they would be so stupid to have sex without a condom when ther not ready to have a kid is beyond me
