No, that's completely false. He targeted Jews because they were an easy people to rally the German populace against. That is all. Anything else he claimed was just a show.
He didn't really give a shit about Aryans or racial purity or any of that. He used those as tools to produce the idea that there will be one united people, in a very extreme manner.
