You list your homeland. Only one. It can be where you were born or where you lived the longest or where you enjoyed the most, whatever. You will become ruler of this land. If someone got that state before you, you become vassal. Too bad!

If your nation is big, you must pick a state, country, or large city to represent. If your country is small, you will represent your country as a whole. What constitutes as "big" and "small" is up to my discretion- for reference, anything smaller than England (not the entire island of Great Britain, just England) is what I'll consider small! Also, countries are listed in order of GDP for no real good reason other than convenience.
