Considering you're 13... I highly doubt you've had sex with both a male and a female. Before you can say you're bisexual... it's a give-in that you've had some kind of sexual experience.
What you are now is a coined term... bi-curious. As in, you're exploring the possibilites of sexual relationships with both genders. While I find this very wrong, you can think what you want. But you're not bisexual yet.
