You really gotta break some rules in this situation. Do whatever you can to get people's attention in general for the band, even if it requires putting shit up around where you live, myspace, another website,
anything you can possibly do. Really make sure people know you're serious and shit. Not only that, practice as much as possible with your band. I mean, the least you should do is once a week of practice. And practice when you're not with your band too. After all of this is starting to take off, start booking gigs for your band and soon enough you'll be like Guns N' Roses, that's how they got big, they didn't even mean too either. They only did it for fun.
You can accomplish
