Ok, in like an hour I'm going to be at school and will then do a written examination in athletics/training stuff. I don't really know how to explain it in english, but I hope you get it anyway.. Well, I need some help, there's some questions I need answered..
1. What is happening in the body when you warm up before a training? Why do you warm up?
2. What is the difference between dynamic and static musclework?
3. If I sit in a boat and fall into the water by accident, what shall I do?
