Before I left Jacksonville, NC, to move to Pasadena, CA a couple of days ago, it was raining pretty hard, and had been for quite a long time. The roads were flooded, and ditches and lawns had practically become marshes and swamps, because the ground was so saturated. Well, at least they're not in a drought anymore.
