best i can tell you, is to stop playing the 'omg what's she say about me' game, and just ask her yourself. if she's still not willing to talk to you, she just doesn't plain like you for some reason. maybe it's just your personality and not you being a jerk specifically. i can understand if it's a girl-i-like issue, but just friends seems a bit extreme to worry over.
